Good clown rework

You have to wait until the yellow fog appears, meaning in a chase, you have to place it correctly. Too far, the survivor just runs in to it as well and not far enough, you are there before it activates and you have to wait. Even if its only a second, it's too much.

Good work. Keep on the pace and the game will be unplayable in some years.
