New Crotus Prenn asylum double window spawn

Is it just bad RNG or is the killer shack on the chapel meant to spawn with the shack window directly across from a long wall jungle gym window?

Twice I've had this scenario and you can just infinitely double vault you way between shack and the jungle gym making it impossible for the killer to catch you.
