Why has there been no communication from the devs/community team yet?

The patch has been out for almost 12 hours. This is the absolute angriest I have ever seen the community collectively be upset at something since I've started playing the game. This isn't just a one-sided problem as per usual. This is everyone. People are upset about the UI, bugs, hitboxes and balance issues on the new maps and more. The queues are the longest I've ever seen them. Steam is showing a rapid drop in players.

Why has nobody issued a statement, a commitment to fixing the issues, or even an apology yet? Does the team just not care about its players?

    It's like they go radio silent for like 95% of the time and the few times they say something, its rarely even interesting or useful to the community, that's how ridiculous this is.

    Years ago we used to have almost weekly streams. Back when the team was smaller.

    Yes and when you get the change after a year you're treated like you're lucky to have gotten it. It's like overly strict parenting. It's awful.

    Oh no we console players must of hurt their feelings with our feedback, not sorry that we didn't side with you or let you use us as a scapegoat.
