Camp the Totem with Twins

Since there isn't a great Gen regression build other than ruin/Undying (oppression is meh), I have now reverted to leaving Victor at the totem during my initial games on 4.5.

I don't see any other way since we can't tell when a cleansing is occuring any longer. Other realistic builds?
