Adrenaline in real life doesn't heal your wounds; it just helps block the pain.

Instead of healing one health state, the Adrenaline perk should grant the Hardened status effect for t seconds and reduce grunts of pain to 0%

I can see Adrenaline allowing a downed survivor to spring back to their feet, but it shouldn't fully heal them if they were only injured.
