They are updating graphics to keep up with the shifting of times with modern AAA games improving graphics at such a rate they feel they have to as well
her texture gets a little finetuning, thats all.
the character design itself stays untouched - she just looks a lot more realistic in her default clothing now.
personally, i quite like the changes she and Clown receive to their base cosmetics.
Eh. Looks better. I wish the sleeves were poofier, but that's a minor complaint.
I don't have a problem with it, there outfit just looks a bit too...poofy?...for a nurse.
Also no body pointed this out Clowns model was updated his gloves are cleaner his clothes are a much brighter red and his bow tie is purple now
