New Object of Obsession + Mettle of Man
Personally, I am a huge fan of the OoO changes. It was never a perk I liked running or playing against.
But for those of you looking for old OoO value... run Mettle of Man with it. Once you're healed with 3 stacks, you'll have infinite wall hacks beyond 16m from the killer.

Doesn't do a thing for me, that's not how I use OOO.
It is also worth noting that Mettle of Man will then be better in Tier I, because you will have wall hacks starting at 12m.
