Can The Nurse grab a survivor off a generator after a teleport?
I know you can spam attack after blinking in order to grab someone away from the hatch but can you do that to a survivor on the gens?

yes you can.
there is also an achievement that requires you to blink 3 times or more and grab a survivor off of something.
