Autohaven- a new light?

Heyo! Has anyone else experienced something like this in Autohaven? A gold light that transports about the map after a survivor gets hooked (the location seemed random). Here is a photo/s to give you an idea :)

It was really really weird and it took us a long minute to even figure out what we were looking at. Not only that, the killer didn't even seem all that surprised by it

Huh. I've never actually seen that before! I knew maps could provide markers but I never had a match that was used. Thank you for the explanation :)
