I hope they make it so:

• Everybody can use it at the same time.
• Whenever perks like BBQ, Kindred, ect. Are used both parties see each other.
• If the killer is stealthy, it should either hinder both parties from seeing eachother.
• You can keep 30s cooldown.

I feel like it's a balanced.
