Myers the evil within bug
When i play michael myers i cant chargue the evit within in every match with the killer, i dont play with perks and i recorded a example of this

i reinstaled the game, and checked the game files and the bug still

Yes always when I play myers
What about "Ghostface"? If GF is not working too just do this.
C:\Users\<NAME>\AppData\Local\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor (It's hidden folder, you can type this line into bar or search for %localappdata%).
Remove GameUserSettings.ini and launch the game again or open GameUserSettings.ini in notepad and set these lines to (=100).
ScreenScaleForWindowedMode=100
ScreenResolution=100
