Billy view just seems, off.

He feels like his camera is up and back in his skull a solid foot. Half the time I run into things I can't see because they are out of my field of view, or get caught on things I can't see. I feel like the camera is trying to catch up to Billy and it makes him hard to play. Is there a possibility that his fov could be looked at, or have a way to not have Billy hit things he can't see/shouldn't be hitting?
