Haemorrhage (buff idea)

Latest PTB 4.5.0 add a third hemorrhage addon for the Huntress.

Maybe you should already buff the hemorrhage, so that it affects the value of skill checks for any action. Thus, the addons of Trapper, Freddie, Executioner, Huntress, Pig, will make sense.

slight/moderate/considerable hemorrhage

Triggered Skill Checks' success zones are reduced by 20/30/40% (can be done outside the killer's terror radius so that it does not stack with Unnerving Presence)

Blood echo and Begrimed Head will impose considerable hemorrhage, other perks and addons are slight hemorrhage or moderate
