Killers should be penalized for hook camping. Take away blood points levels. Something.
They are. You lose points if you are camping the hook.
Why? They're just doing what their title implies. Your not guaranteed more than the first hook, that's on your team.
As mentioned already, hook camping already penalize the Killer by removing points from the chaser emblem.
This is not considering the fact that hard camping doesn't net good amounts of Bloodpoints for the killer either.
