The Nightmare visual and audio cue's are lacking
When in dream world his red stain is significantly more blended into the environment, I believe it needs to be more distinctive in vibrancy to be seen easier. Same as his lullaby in dream world, it only gets to a lacking point at about 15-20 meters then just doesn't grow in intensity or volume when he gets closer. making it hard to gauge his distance as to other killers making him seem farther than he actually is.
