Why are the Developers allowing roll back on lvls? A lvl 20-16 solid purple perked out survivor(s) running iron will, self care, dark sense/spine chill, decisive strike? Shouldn't there be a cap on perks to match ones lvl? Lvl 20-16 shouldn't be running purple, right out the gate while people are learning killers or vise versa.

    Maybe they just stopped playing for a while, also the perks you named are literally the free perks you get when starting playing.
