Can you change the giant notification bubbles to be smaller

I cant count how many times killers have closed the distance on me for a hit because I cant see them coming straight at me because theres a giant bubble blocking them on my screen. There are easy solutions to this like giving us an in game setting to adjust it or just making it smaller or more transparent.
