Should the Nurse have a 24m Terror Radius?
As the slowest Killer in the game, it would make sense if she were to have a smaller TR. The other 24m TR Killers have reduced movement speed with either powers that provide great mobility (Spirit, Hag) or ranged attacks (Huntress, Deathslinger). Unlike the 32m high mobility killers Nurse cannot insta-down with her power alone (Billy, Oni) and she gets no additional information or power refill (Legion, Blight w/addons).What makes her unique among all the Killers is the fact she can go through collision to approach and attack a Survivor, which in turn requires prediction, precision, experience- essentially the reason she has the highest skill ceiling of all Killers.
Pre-rework the 32m TR made sense because she was faster than 4m/s, could use all of her blinks instantly after fatigue, and had several addons to increase her powers dramatically, including having 5 blinks or reappearing much faster. Now those addons focus more on blink recharge, recovery, or distance (with others having interesting but niche effects). Even the 2 Iri. addons that affect blink charges aren't good, as you either become 4.2m/s for 1 blink (bad deal) or you gain 3 blinks but gain collision (why play Nurse like that? Makes her weaker than most Killers). As for her base kit, she moves slower than Survivors and now has to wait a moment to recover all her blinks (to prevent spamming them, making her slightly less mobile).
With the limitations given to Nurse above, I think it is reasonable for Nurse to have a 24m TR, as it would allow her to approach Survivors more closely to use her power more effectively and make her skill floor lower, the latter being important due to how hard she is to play and the fact that her skills are not transferable to other Killers.
Let me know what y'all think, I'm open to (constructive) criticism.

While I would personally rather the weird cooldown be removed instead (keep the reduced movement speed though, in my opinion), something like this could also be nice to allow her to get a little but more of a headstart on survivors and move a little more sneakily.
