How Come This Couldn't Be An Add-on?

I'm suddenly thinking how similar Victor is to The Jockey from Left 4 Dead 2.

Only difference being that Jockey can make Survivors go where he wants, albeit there's some struggling.

Can't Victor become able to do that through an Add-on?

Add additional effects, negative and/or positive, to make it balanced, sure.

But it'd be kinda cool to throw Survivors out the window of Coal Tower for example.

    But it'd be kinda cool to throw Survivors out the window of Coal Tower for example.

    Maybe a much stronger effect like Boil Over does, with short intermittent actual steering of said survivor.

    Some may not enjoy watching themselves run back into the killer, or away from an open hatch or door. Bet it would funny as heck to watch though!
