The Doctor was changed because he frustrated players, changes like this should happen more often
Things like the balance of the game, the economy, who's meta, and who's trash simply don't matter when everybody is a single stubbed toe away from blowing steam out of their ears. Survivors should be able to stand up after being slugged. Players should have options that allow them to change their field of view. Players shouldn't feel like they have to sit through a match they don't want to play. Survivors shouldn't be able to become invincible for any amount of time. Console players should have aim assist as an option available to them. Players that are hard of hearing or color blind should absolutely be catered to. Visual feedback and color blindness options should be handed to them on a silver platter!
If people feel overwhelmingly negative about something it should be changed. Would any of these changes be balanced, it doesn't matter. We can worry about balance when players stop screaming at each other in the end game chat.

Console players don't have aim assist? That's wild. Don't they need it the most?
