Thinking about killer types not used yet.
Ok, please set aside gripes. I know the game is not in the best spot, and we just got a new killer.
But connecting the dots between killers and movies, there's 2 styles they haven't really gotten to that come to mind.
Killer robots. You know, chopping mall, Hardware, etc.
And space aliens. Neither the predator/aliens type of hunter, or the probing grays with abduction beams.
Just a random thought.

A Roswell inspired Killer would be cool, taking place at a crash site where a killer alien landed. As for a Robot killer, unless the entity knows programming, there wouldn't be a reason for it to hook survivors.
For me, I want to see a military killer (something like Rambo but evil and scary) and a pirate killer.
I really want a killer with a flamethrower because I love that kind of weapon.
A scarecrow would be cool. It would feel totally at home with all the corn maps.
A killer that can burrow underground and pop up to attack.
To be honest I feel like we're at a point where we have enough killers and we should be getting alternative powers for them that we can choose at the menu without addons but that's just me.
Beyond just different aesthetic styles, we really need Killers that drastically alter the gameplay strategies Survivors must use to defend against them. My Killer concept, The Angel (a quantum species from Doctor Who, known as the Weeping Angels) attempts to address this with some unique powers and perks.

A killer survivors try to avoid visually/looking at would be interesting. A slenderman type feel putting more emphasis on the music and heartbeat. Would also add to mind games as survivors would avoid looking back and hanging around loops.
A killer that utilizes darkness/light/shadows in their power. Fear of darkness is really fitting for horror genre.
Elemental powers, especially fire or ice.
killer that is somehow related to spiders or insects. (Candyman with power involving bees plz)
What would differ this from Spirit?
