Why didnt they give an ability to throw Victor at survivors to Charlotte while he's attached to her?
No crazy range or anything just slightly further than his pounce. After thiat if you miss you automatically switch to Victor while he's suffering from cooldown. If you get a hit Charlotte will go through animation of some sort to slow her down similar to blade wipe

Because his pounce is already pretty darn strong, and that would be overkill.
