Not gonna lie the new killer is weeak and buggy
Victor is extremely easy to counter and you can take him hostage as well for a time and Charlotte is just the wraith but with no cloak or speed boost.
We can look at the time it takes to switch between the two and as one can see its freaking slow, next victor is nothing but bug city. Three times in one game he spawned in the ground, the idle screen has victor clipping inside Charlotte and the mori has victor jumping waaay off to the side, sometimes when you switch back to victor you dont even see his player model at all!!
In summary Charlotte needs the times for switching between victor and Charlotte decreased, the ability to call back victor whenever she wants and also what's the point of Victor's ability to stop survivors from escaping when he is latched on to them, I mean the second you down them victor is just gonna disappear and the survivor gets to escape anyway???
