Beginning of the match:

1 Chase as Charlotte, don't use Victor. Pretty much a loose loose situation, you're a m1 killer for the rest of the match, just throw down pallets safely like with oni.

2 Chase as Victor. If you hit, you are a m1 killer for the next 45 seconds.

Now:

A Chase other survivors, being a m1 killer for the price of just one survivor without being able to do anything. The price is the guy with Victor will struggle him off only when across the map, completely safe to heal. And the cycle repeats

B Tunnel the guy with Victor. No way to recall him exept waiting 45 + 10 seconds for all the stuff. And oblivious doesn't help in chases, very little
