Remove Bloodlust 2 and 3
Bloodlust 1 is all a Killer really needs even on Survivor sided tiles the Killer doesn't need too much speed to work with the loops. If the Killer is taking too long going after someone then that Killer should not be rewarded with even more speed in fact they should be punished and should think about going after someone else. They should try and find an area where there are less pallets or windows to use for the survivor and chase them there. Maybe increase the time it takes to get bloodlust 1 as well maybe make it 20 seconds to get there and not 15.
