How many pallets are "safe"

I get that some if the pallets are derpy but in videos i see a lot of pallets (like a lot a lot) that seem to be kinda braindead to throw down. Like, always throw down in a chase and you get away. So my question is how many of these pallets are there? Bear in mind i dont even play the game anymore im just curious on what the community thinks.

    As already stated... It depends on the map and seed

    Depends on the map. If you take the game for example anywhere from 8 to 12

    Depends on what you mean by "safe." Most people mean pallets that the killer is forced to break even against potatoes (jungle gyms, killer shack, god pallets in corridors, etc), but there's plenty of pallets that cannot be mindgamed and have to be broken that a lot of people don't consider safe because they can be bloodlusted. Or are just plain unsafe against potatoes. They look very similar to unsafe pallets, but their loops are a bit larger.

    Depends on the map. Some have more than others such as Ormond which is almost all safe pallets in oppose to Dead Dawg Saloon for an example which doesn't have so many,
