Give the ability to favorite perk builds.

I have a select favorite of perk builds I enjoy playing. A good quality of life change would be to provide the ability to favorite perk combinations, so perks don't have to be manually picked each time you want to switch builds.

    The last thing the DBD team is concerned with is good quality of life changes, I concur saving loadouts is an excellent idea.
