How Myers could be reworked to be a far more skillbased and fun killer!

This is my personal form of rework for Myers from his current state. Currently he feels rather underwhelming, and his stalk mechanics rather outdated for the live game. These changes would make him feel more independent from ghostface, and give him a lot more viability all round.

tiers 1-3 are condensed to two modes - in stealth, and evil within. Stalking works differently then before.

Stealth is what you start the game with. You have zero terror radius (undetectable status effect) - but as you stalk, you gain terror radius and power. At full stalk you have a 32m terror radius. You have normal lunge and speed within stealth.

As you stalk you gain "evil within". This evil within once at thresholds of his power meter will begin to effect him. Using his secondary ability button (default on ctrl on pc) will cause him to enter "evil within" mode. Which is current T3. This drains his meter, and causes him to have his terror radius shrink, and works akin to oni's meter. Filling up your evil within to max, will grant you a 10% bonus to all action speeds, and a full reset on all stalked survivors (meaning their stalk percentage defaults to zero and they can be stalked again.) Evil within cannot be activated instantly after exiting stalk.

Evil within mode can be activated at 10% stalk. Having your meter full, will grant you 40s of evil within. Reaching thresholds of your stalk bar will give you consecutive buffs whilst making you less stealthy, and emitting his traditional jingle. Picking survivors up or engaging in actions outside of a chase will force him out of evil within much like Oni being forced out of wrath.

Essentially he becomes a forever stealthy M1 killer. However he can use his ability to trade his stealth for downing potential and action speed bonuses.

At the start of the match he is now as viable as any other killer, having a similar power creep as Oni. He can also instant down survivors from limited stealth, stalking for an average of 4s and then coming in for an instantdown for 4s. Survivors. A ghostface with control over when he can instant down.

Stalking whatsoever will remove his stealth. Gaining terror radius until he reaches 32m. Balancing stealth and instant down potential would be the best playstyle but people can lean in for full stealth builds or full evil within builds. The key would to be stalking for long enough that survivors don't gain too much distance on you, but that you can catch up and instant down them after doing so.

In terms of add-ons

Tombstones - revert him almost to his current state, making it incredibly hard to gain stalk, but upon hitting 75% and 100% allowing him his Mori. Stalk once again becomes a limited resource.

Tuft of hair - makes evil within require no stalk to activate and, stealth enter/exit it at will. Evil within bonuses (action speed, lunge etc) are removed with this add-on.

Mirrors - reveal survivors through walls within a range whilst stalking. One would lock him within stealth, and limit his lunge. The other would deactivate upon entering evil within, but allow for gaining it. (Think leatherfaces add-on)

Duration add-ons - allow him to stalk even more off people and gain even more time in evil within.

Stalk speed add-ons - grant him less duration, but allow him to gain heavy amounts of evil within quickly for brief surges of use if stacked.

Stalk movement speed - grant differing buffs for stealth and evil within.

Dead rabbit - increases the threshold at which the undetectable status effect is lost (15% of the meter) whilst also increasing his terror radius drastically in evil within.
