its impossible that the perks in bw can be coincidence...
Whenever I unlock a perk level 1, then comes the level 2 perk right after it and that is why it is impossible that it all can be coincidence...
because if I unlock a perk and then comes the closest bw and then the same perk comes on level 2 impossible xD over and over again
