It's as great as ever, be it ruin+undying or just ruin.
Freddy's also one of the very few killers for whom you can run ruin+pgtw.
who does pop and ruin work together?
They do not work simultaneously, but your games on freddy are long enough to make use of both.
Obviously as long as ruin remains active it provides more value, but it gets destroyed sooner or later; then pgtw time comes. Your power kit synergizes well with both of them.
I'd go for ruin/undying over ruin/pgtw, though. Ever since undying became a thing, I'm not stacking ruin with pgtw anymore.
so undying and ruin is better then ruin and pop?
My personal opinion is that it is indeed better, and by a rather huge margin.
