Mori's : an easy rework! fair, simple and balanced. Could require some other reworks however.
First - mori's only work after a survivor has been hooked, post the survivor you want to mori being unhooked. Mori offerings now spawn a totem upon the survivor being hooked. the totem's aura is shown to all survivors (post the 4th hooked survivor), but not the killer (until the survivor is off the hook.). this totem allows the specific survivor hooked to be mori'ed. once cleansed, the ability to be mori'ed dissapears.
This grants a secondary objective to cleanse the totem, with its aura being shown to all other survivors to cleanse in order to protect their teammate from being mori'ed upon unhook. it cannot be protected easily by the killer, and delays the unhook. but also prevents survivors from being tunneled.
Basically to sum it up easily - hook one survivor. they are unhooked. hook second survivor, the first survivor becomes moriable with a hex totem spawning, survivors have aura reading on it. - encourages hooking multiple survivors, and not tunneling a singular one.
Would need some adjustment for undying, thrill of the hunt and totem spawning. Iri mori could deactivate all hex perks in a loadout, but regenerate totems as hex's upon the hooks. green mori could just not regenerate totems, giving 5 opportunitys to mori previously hooked survivors.
(TLDR : Mori offerings become a form of hex perk, that through the hooking of multiple survivors, allows for the mori'ing of them. deactivates hex perks in loadouts.)

so with an ebony it would be nearly guarenteed that all totems would be clensed? also what happens if all totem are broken? nothing?
