how many times must you prestige to get all teachable perks

Just asking cuse I want to get dh from the hag but I dont want to grind get for it and I dont see it in shrine

    0, just need to get her to level 40

    You don't need to prestige. You need to level up a character to lvl 30/35/40 and buy his/her teachable from bloodweb or buy it from the shrine. before you can unlock it for other killers/survivors

    Thanks man I wanna go for the kill 4 people with Mori so if I cant get a ebony (stupid licensed killers taking the good perk spots) I will need that for it
