they are useless in any way. franks mixtape allows to play "old" legion, which everybody complained about. except that you need 5 hits instead of 4 like before. essentially making Legion weaker than basekit (if you try to get value out of the addon)
They're a relic of Old Legion. They're useless and trying to get value out of them is actively harmful to your performance as a killer.
