Hillbilly Chargetime Addons
Adjust Hillbilly charge time addons:
- Remove the pallet stun requirement from Mothers Helpers and replace with higher heat generation while revving.
- Remove the 4.4 m/s nerf from Tuned Carberator and replace with higher heat generation while revving.
This gives us back a faster saw without ridiculous requirements/ penalties, encourages heat dissipation/reduction addons that are probably low innusage, discourages stacking the addons, and lets us play old versions of our favorite killer again.

The main reason why was Billy nerfed was the insta saw addons tho.
Hillbilly does not need Chargetime-Add Ons.
This works with the spirit they had when implementing this and goes along with what the streamers were saying: the charge time addons are fine but just don’t let them stack.
