Wraiths uncloak movement speed is poorly adjusted.

Dont get me wrong Wraith is currently better than he used to be.

I wanna say the positive first: His addons are amazing and have so much synergy with each other and many perks, its a lot of fun experimenting.

But i think BHVR simply reverted his old uncloak movement speed, which is bad cause he doesnt build up much speed towards the end, which causes him to waste a lot of his speed burst on his acceleration and not get enough distance covered to be reliable. 

Please increase his movement speed to 126% towards the end of the Uncloak or increase it to 1,5 seconds.

    i noticed that he loses the speed after uncloaking even with addons .... unless he right up their ass to get the hit he has to keep chasing. idk to me he felt better in the ptb but maybe i was just happy he was getting buffed who knows lol .... coming out of he is fast but not enough to get close to a survivor idk if its just me who feels or thinks its that way

    He often barely gains back the distance he loses during uncloak. If we could use uncloaking more aggresively in the chase Wraith would be 10x better.
