Theory of Spirit actually being changed?
Spirit issues was not listed on the bug fixes even when the devs said they aknowledge it.
Maybe BHVR will actually implement this as a feature with some tweaks, thoughts?

Some bugs take more time than others to be fixed, I wouldn't jump to conclusions simply based on a bugfix patch.
true but again this are the same people who changed discordance out of nowhere and forced the players to upgrade it to tier 3... you never know
They didn't fix the totems that can't be cleansed either. So I wouldn't say the lack of spirit's bug being fixed today means it's intended.
