yep i came back and still match making is so messed up:(

i just returned and im a rank 17 player and i got matched up against high level skill players so i left cause it was no fun. i was already losing so yea it was not really fun in that match because i got matched against more skilled players that were soo annoying gen pop there and then another gen goes so i left at only gen 1. sorry but it was no use i can deal with gens popping every were. but at this late in rank no thanks.


i shouldnt be facing these try hards in my ranks. But i did.


now i have to wait to begin match making again arggg.

    Almo stated that the MMR is a priority, but didn't say when it would be implemented.

    The game continues to lose players do to matchmaking, the incessant grind, not to mention all of the bugs and glitches. DBD on Steam just lost 9,000 players within the last 30 days. Hell PS4 owners are currently experiencing one of the worst performance issues ever which is making the Halloween event completely unplayable for them.

    Unless BHVR seriously turns things around for the better, then this game is going to crash and burn with no hope of recovery.

    yep i agree so sad. these devs need to start getting there acts together or else there game will die. they had all these years/months to fix match making and still no fix yet. im really losing my hope in this game and its sad. i figured it would be fixed by now but nope.

    I really don't get what the down 9k players means. Are you looking at steamcharts? Because if you are you'd notice while this month may be a lower one it's still higher average players than any month last year by almost 10k.

    Yep. I don't think the player base is shrinking; I think this is just a regression to the corona baseline. Like March through May we had approximately the same amount of players we have now. I think the big spike in the summer was a combination of the Silent Hill DLC, the 4th anniversary event which gave absurd amounts of BPs, and the fact that students, teachers, etc. had more free time for games.

    If the player base drops down to 20k next month, yeah, sound the alarm. If not, I think the game is doing just fine.

    Lets hope it does not drop to 20k
