I've been playing this game for nearly 3 months and I did notice the bad matchmaking. I'll make an example:

I'm a Rank 15 Killer and I'm searching for a game.

The Survivors ranks are Rank 8, 9, 7 and 15.

The only reason why I got matched with them is because of the Rank 15 Survivor. You should try to make the ranks as balanced as possible. For example:

Survivors: Rank 8, Rank 8, Rank 12, Rank 12

Killer: Rank 10

Otherwise this game is game is really frustrating for newcomers like me.
