Hi, a few days ago i bought auric cells to get the premium pass of the archives (tome IV). And at this time i went to the shop and saw the beautiful elephant skin for clown. But today i went to the shop again and can't see it. I already have the head, but i want to buy the rest of it. Is it down for a while, but will be back in the shop?

I don't think it was ever in the store if it was it was most likely a mistake on their part.

But it will come out soon. It was part of the second Rift so you might eventually see it up in a couple months however certain things from the first Rift haven't shown up so do with that what you will.
