Thing is: do you know?
Sure, there are some additional signs, like hyper-high ping, but the following has happened:
Killer getting accused of Wallhacks for Whispers and Murmur
Survivors getting accused of wallhacks because of kindred
Killer getting accused of hacking because of insidious, survivors for distortion (iirc the name correctly) or (not kidding) sitting behind a gen vs BBQ.
You have to be able to prove it instead of just dcing. It's obnoxious, sure, but that's the sad issue
How would the game or Easy Anti Cheat know that someone is cheating that fast? Unless they're using really crusty old cheats that get insta-detected you probably have to report them to get them banned.
Sure, there's some things the game could probably try to detect as "anomalies". Like people moving faster than the theoretically achievable top speed in the game. But I've seen approaches like that lead to false positives in other games when people lag, where them warping around a bit is seen as them "speedhacking" as it makes it seem like they move really fast for a moment.
