Did I miss something? Why are clown and adam being treated as part of the tome?

They don't have any lore entries. Why are they on sale and are being treated as part of the tome? I'm worried this means they won't get lore later down the line which sucks because I was looking forward to clown lore.

Adam and Clown will actually be in later tome V chapters.

But I think they planned to put some DLC on sale for halloween too, if I'm not mistaken.
