Up the ante/ Luck buff
Ive been running this perk for so long with my chest build and I just found out I've been wasting a perk slot this whole entire time. It would make a lot of sense if it improved the rarity of the item because it would go well with aces other perk ace in the hole as well I think. It also only works when all your teammates are alive which is unfortunate because the only time you want to try to escape hook is a last resort usually when your teammates are dead/dying. Old perks are getting buffs now so why not this one? It's probably one of the worst perks in the game right now.
