Is it possible to punish killers who camp on a hooked player?
Like the longer they camp the slower their speed becomes?
It's just very irritating that a game can be ruined so fast by campers..

There is a punishment for it. It's the fact that by facecamping you aren't stopping other survivors from doing gens. A killer who facecamps a hook is throwing the match for one kill. The punishment is a depip and getting a small amount of BP. A facecamper can only be rewarded for facecamping if survivors decide to moronically throw themselves at the killer. If a killer wins by facecamping every hook then I'm sorry but it's on the survivors for throwing themselves at it instead of finishing gens.

You can easily beat a straight simple Camper, They are by the hooked, so all the Gens are not being patrolled.
You should be able to finish them fast, Dont forget the totems too.
