Styptic agent didn't work?
At 13 seconds, I use the styptic agent and the player got hit at 20 seconds. I read how long the effect last and it says 20 seconds.
Was the issue lag? The killer did missed a swing but a second later I took a health state.

Lag could possibly have affected it, also slowing down the video you used the Styptic Agent at maximum 12s in, they got hit at 21s in - the Endurance status effect lasts 8 seconds, so they were over that time.
The 20s that you are referring to is when they have already been hit whilst the Endurance effect is active (they have 20s to Mend themselves).
