A Decisive Rework (not a nerf, not a buff)

So decisive gets complained about a lot and I think it mainly boils down to 2 reasons.

1) It's hard to keep track of who has decisive when multiple survivors have recently been unhooked

2) It can be used to blatantly complete objectives without the killer being able to do anything about it

So I came up with a rework that doesn't diminish the power of the perk (even making it stronger in some aspects) but still resolving these common complaints. The reworked perk will function as follows.

Decisive Strike Activates after being unhooked. While active, if the killer picks you up, you can succeed a skill check to stun them for 5 seconds and free yourself. Decisive strike will deactivate when you begin repairing a generator, cleansing a totem or when another survivor is unhooked. Decisive Strike cannot deactivate while you are in the dying state, if a deactivation condition is met while you are in the dying state, it will instead deactivate next time you are out of the dying state. Decisive strike can be used twice per match.

The unhooking another survivor condition makes it easier to keep track of who has DS active and generally limits active DS to one at a time unless the killer has a DS slugged. The idea being that this perk is a deterrent against going after the last survivor to be unhooked in the first place, and the killer should only resort to slugging them if the survivor is body blocking.

The other two conditions make it so the survivor can't complete objectives in the killer's face, doing gens or totems deactivate the perk. You can technically unhook a survivor with it active, but that will deactivate the DS leaving you vulnerable to be put right on that hook you just unhooked someone from.

In return for this the perk gains strength as an anti tunneling tool. A lack of timer means that if the killer is actually tunneling the survivor who just came off the hook they are going to eat the DS, no way around it. Two uses means the survivor isn't "free to be tunneled" after use.
