Apex Muffler on Billy tons of fun
I find myself using it a lot since his rework. I've been pretty good with Billy and after making him my main way back he still is part of my killer rotation a lot of the time.
Seems to catch survivors off guard a lot, especially if I'm using something like nemesis or tinkerer, or even just monitor and abuse.
I'm not the biggest fan of his rework but this add-on in particular does change things up for him in a good way.

It's okay, but people using "Spine Chill" ruin it completely. And "Spine Chill" is meta.
