Wraith terror radius bug?
So I've just gone against a Wraith, and the whole point of him is to be sneaky and get close to survivors before they realize. However, while this Wraith I was against was cloaked, I could still hear his terror radius. I don't think this is supposed to happen.

@AzzyDreemurr He has a meme add-on that makes his cloaked form give him a TR in return for 100% extra deviousness points. You likely went against a 'reverse wraith' that had the soot add-on to remove his TR as he came out of cloaked form.
