Question about Undying.

I thought that Undying GUARANTEED the first cleanse of your other Hex would result in it going to another totem.

So Undying itself can actually be cleansed first though? If so then its not nearly as strong as I thought. If so I don't agree with a nerf then.

    Undying is often cleansed first for me.
