The in-game report menu should say when you need to create a support ticket
Certain offenses require creation of a support ticket, such as when you need to attach video evidence.
The in-game report menu does not include this information, it can only be found outside the game, such as here: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/19450/game-rules-and-report-system
This can result in players making legitimate, but unactionable reports due to them not knowing that a support ticket is required.
The report menu should include when an additional support ticket is required. For example the link to the game rules thread could be included in the in-game report menu.
