Perks Not Showing Up in Blood Web
Hi Bug Team,

Description of Issue:
I bought Monitor & Abuse from the Shrine on Tuesday or Wednesday, and since then I have gone through like 12+ Blood Webs and it hasn't show up ONCE for me to purchase. For that matter, no Perks whatsoever have been showing up in my Blood Web. Can you look into this? I'm looking forward to Monitor & Abuse, but I've spent an obscene amount of BP and can't even seem to trigger the option. Thanks!
Steps to Reproduce:
Well, I complete a Blood Web and start another one.
How Often Does this Occur:
So far every time.
